This song is from the album You Were There. This tune was written for the Season 3 closing credits of Red vs. Blue, and was going to be about an alien who had managed to let down his entire race, leading to their extinction. 'But,' Matt and Burnie added, 'we like the upbeat quality of Steady Ride.' Versions with slightly different elements have shown up over the years.
